At The Pasta Bistro, we’re not your average Italian restaurant. We’ve reimagined the pasta experience around you — your cravings, your preferences, your way.


Whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeaway, our menu is designed for customisation. You can mix, match, and make your ideal dish from a wide variety of pastas, sauces, and toppings — and even finish it off with the perfect drink or side.



Step 1: Pick Your Pasta


Start by choosing your base. Each shape holds sauce differently, so think about what you’re in the mood for:

  • Spaghetti – Classic, slurpable, ideal for lighter sauces

  • Linguini – Best for seafood or buttery sauces

  • Gnocchi – Fluffy and indulgent (add $3)

  • Rigatoni or Penne – Great for hearty, creamy sauces

  • Farfalle (Bow Tie) – Light and fun

  • Ravioli – For a richer experience (add $3)

  • Gluten-Free Pasta – Available on request (+$3)



Step 2: Choose Your Sauce


This is where the magic starts. All sauces are made fresh and packed with flavour. Some of the most popular choices include:

  • Pasta alla Vodka – Creamy tomato sauce with a touch of chilli and parmesan

  • Bolognese – Rich and slow-cooked with beef, red wine, and tomatoes

  • Lamb Ragù – A crowd favourite: deeply flavourful and comforting

  • Boscaiolo – Creamy mushrooms, chicken, bacon, and garlic

  • Sambal Butter Sauce – Bold and spicy with an Aussie-Asian twist

  • Pesto – Fresh basil and parmesan (vegetarian-friendly)

  • Lobster Bisque Sauce – Velvety and indulgent, made from real lobster broth




Step 3: Add Your Flavour Boosts

Tip: You can get any 3 sides for $26 — perfect for sharing.
